Practice

What we handle — and what we don't.

Four practice areas, fixed-fee pricing for recurring work, project quotes given before any work begins. No package upsells, no offshore handoff, no surprise invoices.

Practice areas, in detail.

Pricing for routine work is fixed; project work is quoted before we start. If a question touches multiple areas — and most do — your accountant handles it without a handoff.

I.
Monthly bookkeeping
Accrual books closed by the 5th. Bank and credit-card recs, AR/AP, sales-tax, payroll journal entries. A clean P&L and balance sheet on the 6th, every month, with notes on anything unusual.

III.
Advisory
Quarterly call to look ahead. Entity structure, owner comp vs distribution, accountable plans, retirement contributions, R&D credit eligibility. The work that actually moves your tax bill.

IV.
IRS & state resolution
Notices answered the week they arrive. Audit response, installment agreements, penalty abatement. We write the letter, file the response, and tell you what to expect.
RES
Pricing

Three plans. Fixed monthly fee. No hourly billing for routine work.

Onboarding is one-time and quoted separately — usually two weeks and the cost of a typical month. After that, the price you see is the price you pay.
